We work in 60-minute one-to-one sessions, moving through The Elevated Identity System™ —
from your goal, to the patterns behind it, to the identity that replaces them.
You set the pace and the number of sessions each month. Between sessions, you apply the work in real life, in session, we reflect, adjust, and move forward.
My role is to challenge you, support you, and keep the work anchored to your goal.

Rescheduling
Move or cancel a session free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full.
